Casualties of a one year old!

Here is a small sampling of a few things Ezra has blessed with his attention. They are not the worst, but luckily he has not destroyed anything too important. Despite all these losses I have yet to kick up the adult supervision.

My repair jobs might be so great you don't notice,
but these are just a few of the things Ezra has ripped the covers off of.

He bit off the tip of the highlighter,
he breaks the tips off of his crayons when he dumps them on the floor,
and the rest are rubber pieces off Nintendo controllers.

Tampons don't scare this little man!

I think this actually happened before he was one.

Apples are not a challenge...

He even regularly defeats raw onions! (Yuck)

That reminds me of Sawyer...I learned that nothing is out of reach when he is determined to get/break it.

I once had to find the tips to 15 color wonder markers to be sure that she hadn't swallowed any while I was in the shower.

I have the number for poison control memorized now. They're very nice.

Hmm, I see Ezra is following in the footsteps of his father - especially in regard to picture #3. I could relate a couple of good stories about this but will spare Bob since this is a semi -public forum.
Dad & I call this age the destroying angel phase. As they get older, their ability to destroy expands and their angelic nature fades a bit. I had a blast being a mom when my kids were home though. Nothing brings more joy.

Love all the things that they can find to destroy. I'm sure you will find there will be more. Good Luck!!

Wow! I thought Ava was destructive, but Ezra definitely has her beat. She does like to throw things, but hasn't ripped too many items yet.

By the way I love the family photos. Ezra is so cute!!
